Solutions - 4-Step Organization Consulting Program™

What High Agility Healthcare Offers You

Typically, initial organizational consulting programs are 3-6 months long, and include the following steps:

1.  Assessment of you and your organization’s current “Agility Rating”, via:

    • A survey that is conducted with all levels of the health system, from support staff to clinical staff to the executive team
    • In-person structured interviews with key organizational players and stakeholders
    • Development and delivery of an “Agility Results Report” to the executive team and strategic feedback to all impacted individuals

2.  Delivery of a 1-2 day “Agility Training” for the key stakeholders (e.g., executive team / medical directors), that consists of:

    • Agility education

    • Organizational readiness / Audience Analyses

    • Goal setting

    • Strategy/action planning individualized for each group

3.  Roll-out of an time-based “Agility Implementation”, based on a set schedule (e.g., 3 months) where we guide the executives’ action plan execution via:

    • Regular, individual meetings with executive team members (e.g., 2x/month)
    • Group conference calls with physician leaders (e.g., 2x/month)
    • A scorecard to track implementation progress
    • Delivery of a half-day “Agility Checkpoint” meeting with all stakeholders to review scorecard progress, elevate issues, and define course corrections

4.  Delivery of a Final Assessment Meeting to work through our implementation success and/or define Next Steps for each individual or group
