What High Agility Healthcare Offers You



Our 3-Phase Physician Executive Coaching Program breaks down in the following way:

Typically, initial coaching programs are three months long, broken into three phases:

1.  The Discovery Phase (weeks 1-2)

    • We meet one-on-one to get to know one another –  I have a chance to learn all of your “stories”, where you’re at professionally, your history, what brought you to coaching
    • You complete an agreed upon assessment tool (e.g., the DISC Profile)
    • With your agreement, I  may interview other key stakeholders in your direct circle to get a wholistic picture of your professional style/functioning
    • We do a debrief on the assessment/interview results – what it shows your strengths and/or trouble spots to be
    • I may have you do a formal presentation for me on any topic of your choosing – so we can determine how you present yourself, what content you like
    • We conduct a thorough Skills Inventory

2.  The Strategic Planning Phase (weeks 3-4)

    • We create your “Intention Statement” that clearly defines your goals, vision and objectives
    • We define your individualized “Strategic Blueprint” for success
    • We create a time-bound, measurable Action Plan to move you towards your goals


3.  The Implementation Phase (weeks 5-12)

    • We meet 1-on-1 for coaching sessions weekly, to discuss challenges, successes and lessons learned as you implement your action steps

    • We make any "course corrections" as required

    • I will provide you objective feedback and support
    • We will work to keep you focused, on-track, and moving towards your goals

At the end of our three months, we will conduct a Final Assessment Meeting, to work through your implementation success and/or to discuss any next steps.
