How We Work - Our Philosophy and Approach

What is High Agility Healthcare's Philosophy

We believe that physicians are smart, hard-working, life-long learners.  You continue to strive to make things better – to do things more efficiently, and more effectively.  You aim to bring the balance to your work that results in better care for patients, for the people in your organizations, and for you as a professional.  When you set your mind to do something, you accomplish it!

The philosophy that I bring to the table with either my 1-on-1 coaching with physician-executives, or with my organizational consulting in healthcare systems is born both from my years spent working with Fortune 100 clients in the corporate sector, as well as from my experience/training in the complexities of behavioral medicine and health care

Overall my philosophy is relatively simple...

What is High Agility Healthcare's Approach to Helping You Manage Your Unique Challenges?

We work with those in leadership roles within health systems, to develop the tools and structure required to help them more expertly manage change and build agility within themselves or their groups.  We do this in two very specific ways, either via our one-on-one coaching work with Physician Leaders, or via our organizational consulting work with health systems.

For You, the Individual:  Physician-Executive Coaching

For Your Organization:   Health Organization Consulting, Workshops and Lectures

"The key is to focus on your supervisors and ensure that they are working with and empowering employees on a daily basis in doing the important tasks that need to be done.  That's the key to running a hospital ... Employee satisfaction is not about having pizza parties for your staff.  It's about training the supervisor to treat the staff with respect and to provide clarity in expectations.  That's what leadership development is about."  On why the core of their Patient Satisfaction campaign focused on leadership development, and why their campaign has earned Press Ganey's Summit Award for scoring in the 99th percentile on patient satisfaction for three years in a row
